2011 Luncheon | St Louis Men’s Group Against Cancer

The St. Louis Men’s Group Against Cancer presented local cancer charities with donations totaling more than a quarter of a million dollars at a luncheon emceed by Guy Phillips, KYKY-FM morning personality. The funds were raised at the 41st annual fund-raising benefit dinner and other events held by the Men’s Group Against Cancer in 2010.

The grant presentation, held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Clayton, was the organization’s 41st annual luncheon. To date, St. Louis Men’s Group Against Cancer has raised more than $3 million for local cancer charities. “The St. Louis Men’s Group Against Cancer is proud to be the only organization that brings the entire St Louis cancer community together,” said Margie Price, executive director.  “This luncheon is the highlight of the year for us to see the impact on how these funds have made life better for cancer victims and their families in the St. Louis area.  It is always exciting to see all of the hard work the organization does culminate with the presenting of donations at this luncheon,” Price continued.
